Though based in Huntsville, this dynamic team cover not just their home town, but surrounding lakes and communities across Muskoka. Their expertise covers Lake of Bays cottages for sale, luxury waterfront real estate on the ‘Big Three’ Muskoka Lakes (Lake Joseph, Lake Muskoka, and Lake Rosseau), as well as homes and leisure properties in Collingwood and The Blue Mountains in the Georgian Bay area. They also provide real estate coverage of the towns of Hunstville, Gravenhurst, Bracebridge, Orillia, and Parry Sound, among others. 

While that might sound like a lot of ground to cover, for a well-connected business couple like the Weiland’s, large geographic areas are nothing to be shy about. As long-time cottagers in Muskoka before moving here as full-time residents, the couple ran a car dealership in Kitchener, Ontario, with a large and dispersed client base. “It’s pretty much business as usual,” says Mark. “We had clients from across Ontario and the US, selling cars to high end customers as far away as LA. We made it our job to provide excellent customer service. So it’s only natural we extend that same high level of service to our real estate business.”
Adds Dee Dee: “We’ve also been actively involved in the real estate markets in places like Palm Desert California, Palm Beach and Naples in Florida. We’ve also owned second homes in Collingwood, Kitchener Waterloo, and Cambridge, So we’re no stranger to buying and selling luxury homes and cottages. Getting involved in Muskoka real estate, which had been a cottage destination for us and our families our whole lives, seemed quite natural.”
